Easy Home Remedies In Removing Dark Circles Under The Eyes
I am fond of entertaining friends at home, even if it is kind of stressful because you have to take care of so many things like the food you are going to serve or perhaps the need to get some party supplies. Late nights cannot be avoided and because of this I noticed that I now have dark circles around my eyes.
Since I am busy, I do not have the luxury of time to regularly go to the spa and have a facial. Most facial treatments are also expensive so this is another reason that keeps me away from spas. There are home remedies though which are way cheaper and effective in minimizing if not completely removing dark circles under the eyes.
Here are some of them:
- Use cold tea bags and apply them to the eyes for over fifteen (15) minutes everyday.
- Cut cucumber into slices then cool in the refrigerator and place on eyes for about ten (10) minutes.
- Put slices of oil rich avocado under each eye.
- Mix lemon juice, cucumber juice and lanolin cream together and then apply under the eyes.
- Eat lots of vegetables and drink lots of water.
- Mix ground almonds and milk, then apply.
- Mix equal quantities of corn flour and yoghurt and then apply.
- Drink a glass of tomato juice with some mint leaves, lemon juice and salt.
- Take cotton eye pads and soak them in rose water for a few minutes. Place these soaked eye pads on your closed eye lids for about fifteen (15) minutes.
- Take a washcloth soaked in cold water or cold milk and put it directly over your closed eye lids for several minutes.
